When ordering goods, the Buyer can choose from the delivery methods specified in clauses 3 and 4 of the Rules.
If the Buyer will not be accepting the goods personally, the Buyer’s delivery information must include the details of the person authorized to accept the goods.
The Buyer must choose an available parcel machine from the list at checkout.
The Seller is not responsible for delays if the goods are not delivered or are delayed due to third-party issues or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and goods with the courier and sign the shipment transfer and acceptance document. By signing, the Buyer confirms the goods are in suitable condition, with no visible damages or inconsistencies, except for factory defects or issues that are not detectable through external inspection.
If there is any damage to the packaging or shipment, or if there are discrepancies in quantity, quality, or assortment, the Buyer or authorized representative should not accept the shipment. The courier and Buyer (or representative) must complete a package violation report noting the defects. If these steps are not taken, the Seller is not responsible for damages or inconsistencies unless they are factory defects or issues detectable during external inspection.
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed over.
If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified period or delivery is unsuccessful and payment has not been made, the goods are returned to the Seller, and the order is cancelled.
