The products in the FERMENTUOTAS are concentrated, so one pack will last you a long time. The actual amount of good bacteria is much higher than the label - up to 150 billion CFU/ml colony forming units (CFU)! Compared to research protocols, we have chosen to use the lowest CFU count on the label.
Memelio Fermented products are made only from natural grains and seeds. We use lactic acid, bifid, yoghurt and other strains for the fermentation process. Suitable for vegans, gluten and lactose intolerant.
The company has a process control system in place during fermentation, which guarantees a safe final product.
Chemical and microbiological tests are continuously carried out on all MĖMELIO FERMENTUOTAS products at the Research Laboratory of the KTU Food Institute, Hamilton Laboratory in Poland and Zymo Research Corporation in the USA.
