Shipping information
Delivery of Goods
-
Delivery Options: When ordering goods, the Buyer can choose from the delivery methods specified in clauses 3 and 4 of the Rules.
-
Recipient Information: If the Buyer will not be accepting the goods personally, the Buyer’s delivery information must include the details of the person authorized to accept the goods.
-
Courier or Postman Delivery:
- The Buyer must provide the exact delivery address.
- The Buyer must accept the goods personally or specify an authorized representative with their details in the order. A valid ID (identity card, passport, or new model driver’s license) must be presented upon receipt. If neither the Buyer nor the authorized representative is available to accept the delivery at the specified address, the Buyer cannot hold the Seller responsible for delivery to an incorrect person.
- Goods are delivered at the Buyer’s expense by authorized representatives of the Seller.
- Delivery cost depends on the weight, price, chosen payment method, and delivery method of the goods.
- Delivery prices are valid only within Lithuania, excluding the Curonian Spit. Shipping to other locations can be arranged separately between the Seller and Buyer.
- If the goods are not delivered on the scheduled day, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, but no later than the next working day.
- For orders exceeding 31.5 kg, home delivery service does not include bringing the goods inside; this service can be ordered additionally.
-
Delivery to parcel machine: the buyer has to choose available parcel machine from the list on checkout.
-
Delivery Deadline Exceptions: The Seller is not responsible for delays if the goods are not delivered or are delayed due to third-party issues or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
-
Inspection upon Delivery: Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and goods with the courier and sign the shipment transfer and acceptance document. By signing, the Buyer confirms the goods are in suitable condition, with no visible damages or inconsistencies, except for factory defects or issues that are not detectable through external inspection.
-
Reporting Issues: If there is any damage to the packaging or shipment, or if there are discrepancies in quantity, quality, or assortment, the Buyer or authorized representative should not accept the shipment. The courier and Buyer (or representative) must complete a package violation report noting the defects. If these steps are not taken, the Seller is not responsible for damages or inconsistencies unless they are factory defects or issues detectable during external inspection.
-
Risk Transfer: The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed over.
-
Uncollected Goods: If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified period or delivery is unsuccessful and payment has not been made, the goods are returned to the Seller, and the order is cancelled.
